As Gary's disease has progressed to a new stage in the past couple of weeks, I haven't been able to keep up communication with everyone who loves Gary and wants to know how he is doing. So, I'm starting this blog in hopes that those who are interested can get information here when it is convenient for you. I hope everyone will feel free to make comments here if you have something you'd like to say. Please feel free to continue with emails or phone calls, too. We are grateful for the tremendous love and support of our wonderful family and friends!

watching and waiting

The current plans for Gary's treatment include keeping him in the hospital throughout the weekend to continue to manage his fever with IV antibiotics. The doctors are still hopeful that the tumors might respond to the chemo, so we are watching and waiting for now. Thanks for your love and support!

    Hi Jane & Gary - Thank you for the updates. We are always thinking about you both and appreciate knowing how you are doing. Please let us know if you need anything done at the house while you are away (mail - anything). Or anytime. We missed you at church today. Your presence is missed when you aren't there. We love you.
